Personal Background

Hi, this is Jerome. The way Ida and I conduct our Tucson real estate business reflects who we are: our experiences, our goals, our values. We are family-oriented and community-oriented. We've been helping Southern Arizonans with their real estate needs for many years, and intend to do so for many years to come. Just ask anyone from the Niwinski "client family" about our commitment to them. The fact that they keep coming back to us says a lot! Letters of recommendation are available upon request.

Like many of you, we originally come from the Midwest--in our case, Chicago. We have lived in Tucson since 1981. We enjoy the outdoors, hiking, sports, playing cards, getting together with family and friends, and reading for relaxation and to expand our world. Ida sings alto in our church's choir. We actively practice meditation to relieve the stress in our lives. We love cooking together and experimenting with different dishes. We also enjoy our very loving Yellow Labrador, Honey, who constantly begs for walks and attention.

Ida's parents still live in Skokie, Illinois. My parents live in Chicago, while my brother and family reside in St. Charles, Illinois. We are fortunate that Ida's brother and his family live here in Tucson.

Our daughter Julie, a graduate of Scripps College in Claremont, California, attended graduate school at the University of Virginia. She received her Master's in Psychobiology, and is currently working for Bristol Myers in Connecticut. Needless to say, we are very proud of her!

Professional Credentials

Hi, this is Ida. We are full-time, professional Realtors with a combined 40 years of experience in the Tucson market. We have been associated with Realty Executives of Tucson since April, 1997, and have been helping people like you realize their real estate dreams since 1986. Our real estate careers have been both challenging and very rewarding.

To best serve our clients, we are always striving to stay at the forefront of our industry. I am pleased to have received my Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) degree, and my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Less than 5% of all Realtors nationally hold the CRS designation.

Jerome brings to the partnership over 30 years of sales and management experience. He has received his real estate Broker's license and has earned his GRI designation. Jerome has co-chaired and is still actively involved with the Tucson Association of Realtors Public Image Committee that helps educate the public on the benefits of using a Realtor in the home selling and buying process.

Community Involvement

In addition to our professional work, we are always looking for ways to "give back." Jerome came up with the idea to recycle our company's white paper, as well as that of other Tucson businesses. Not only does this help the environment, but the proceeds are donated to the Hearth Foundation, benefiting abused and/or homeless single mothers and their children.

I am a past co-chair of several Hearth Foundation's Annual Holiday Auction and am currently on the Board of Directors. I also collect clothing for the YWCA's "Your Sister's Closet" program, which assists needy women who are re-entering the work world with appropriate clothing.
